Meet Brandan
Brandan is not just a private chef. He prefers a more personal approach, where the creativity of food is widely accessible and collaborative. Brandan is also a content creator, entrepreneur, collaborator, and host.
He holds a diploma of Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), Los Angeles, where his training was grounded in classical French technique ranging a global scale of cuisine.
